Belfast Rotary Club
100 Fund

Through the "100 Fund" our club has provided clothing and toys to at least 100 needy local children each year. Home visits are conducted to determine the individual needs of the children. The gifts are purchased and donations are accepted during the year. In early December the club assembles to wrap the presents. The gifts are delivered by Santa in mid December.

Community Cares

The Belfast Rotary Club makes small grants to local not-for-profit organizations throughout the year. Please contact the webmaster for more information.

The Belfast Rotary Club raises funds for our local food pantries by hosting two pancake breakfasts per year as well as making a small donation in honor of our weekly presenters.

The successful fundraising efforts of the Belfast Rotary Club are celebrated at a May luncheon when area students are awarded scholarships in the categories of leadership, service, and vocational achievement. Those who compete for the scholarships are nominated by high schools in Waldo County: Belfast Area High School, Searsport District High School, and Mount View High School, as well as the Waldo County Technical Center. The size and number of scholarships awarded depends upon the funds available.
